Kako napraviti genijalan smoothie za kojim u posljednje vrijeme svi luduju?

Izgubiti nakupljene kilograme nikad nije lako. No osim redovite tjelovježbe i uravnotežene prehrane, mogli bi vam pomoći i neki trikovi uz koje ćete puno lakše i brže izgubiti neželjene kilograme. Jedan od njih je i fantastični smoothie od celera, napitak za kojim u posljednje vrijeme svi luduju.

On ubrzava metabolizam te pospješuje ostvarivanje dugoročnih rezultata, a to ne čudi kad znamo da je upravo celer jedna od namirnica koje bi trebale pronaći svoje mjesto na vašem jelovniku.

On je idealni saveznik u borbi protiv neželjenih brojeva na vagi jer obiluje vlaknima i hranjivim nutrijentima, a sadrži izrazito malo kalorija, ne sadrži masnoće ni puno ugljikohidrata. Također, bogat je i vitaminima A, K, E, C i B. No kao da to nije dovoljno, celer je i pravi čistač organizma jer ima snažno diuretsko djelovanje. Osim toga, pomaže i u borbi protiv bakterijskih infekcija.

Iako je činjenica da njegov okus sasvim sigurno nije nešto najukusnije što ste probali, trebali biste ga uvrstiti u svoje smoothieje.

Za početak, ogulite lišće celera te korijen nasjeckajte na nekoliko komada. Stavite ih u blender te dodajte čašu vode. Kako biste popravili okus, u napitak možete umiješati i mrkvu ili krastavac, a upravo je to kombinacija koju mnogi piju kako bi poboljšali i ubrzali gubitak kilograma. No odlična opcija su i druge kombinacije pa se tako celer odlično slaže i s narančom ili pak jabukom i mrkvom.

Također, ako vam smetaju komadići celera u smoothieju, možete ga procijediti prije konzumacije.

Što god da odaberete, imajte na umu da i sa smoothiesima u kojima celer ima glavnu riječ, koliko god bio zdrav, ne smijete pretjerivati.
