Kava može biti iznimno zdrava za vaš organizam. Najnovija istraživanja dokazala su kako kava, koja u sebi sadrži antioksidanse, ubrzava metabolizam, potiče motoričke sposobnosti, utječe protuupalno na organizam te smanjuje rizik od srčanih bolesti i dijabetesa.

No, unatoč tome, i dalje ne prestajemo slušati i čitati o lošim utjecajima koje kava ima na ljudski organizam. Pitate se u čemu je stvar? Stvar je u tome što kavu, zapravo, lošom po organizam čine sve stvari koje u nju trpamo. Gastroenterolog Will Bulsiewicz odlučio je sa svijetom podijeliti svoj recept za zdravu kavu, koja utječe blagotvorno na ljudski organizam i zdravlje. On kaže kako, osim antioksidanasa, kava u sebi sadrži polifenol koji je iznimno dobar za crijeva. No osim crne kave, dr. Bulsiewicz u svoju kavu dodaje tri začina koja dodatno poboljšavaju njegov prvi jutarnji napitak – kurkumu, cimet i đumbir.

If you’re concerned about this, consider cutting out ✂️ all caffeine from your diet for a week. . Otherwise, I’m generally not too opposed to caffeine. ? Fine–I love caffeine. While I was in medical school ?, coffee was more critical for my survival than I’d care to admit. . As a rule of thumb, however, don’t drink more than two ✌️ cups of coffee/day. Đumbir djeluje protuupalno na organizam, prepun je minerala i vitamin te je odličan za probavu jer olakšava tegobe poput nadutosti i grčeva. Može čak smanjiti aterosklerozu, odnosno nakupljanje opasne masti u arterijama. Istraživanja su pokazala da konzumiranje đumbira može poboljšati topljenje kalorija i smanjiti osjećaj gladi.

Kurkuma je već dugi niz godina na popisu namirnica koje su iznimno dobre za ljudsko zdravlje. Njezina ljekovita svojstva i komponente (prije svega kurkumin) predmet su istraživanja više od 5600 recenziranih i objavljenih biomedicinskih studija. Osim što djeluje protuupalno, obnavlja sluznicu debelog crijeva, dobra je u borbi protiv gastritisa, čireva, krvnih ugrušaka, depresije, demencije i brojnih drugih bolesti i tegoba.

Cimet u sebi sadrži antioksidanse koji su odlični u borbi protiv metaboličkih poremećaja poput dijabetesa. Dr. Bulsiewicz kaže kako je cimet odlična zamjena za šećer jer kavi daje slatkasti okus, a nije štetan za organizam.
