Stigao je nov i poprilično bizaran trend u prehrani

Priča o 25-godišnjoj Audri Bear koja je hranu zamijenila zrakom šokirala je svijet. Ova djevojka okrenula se opasnoj dijeti ‘Breatharian’ te kaže da energiju crpi iz vježbi disanja, smoothieja i čajeva.

Novi bizarni trend prehrane pokrenuli su Ali Reza Khorasany i Danielle Siira, koji pak jedu isključivo voće. Metoda koju slijede nazivaju Fruitarian, a njome su zamijenili veganstvo. Jedu isključivo voće i kažu da je i Michael Jackson eksperimentirao s takvom dijetom.

“Bili smo naduti, ružni i anksiozni, a onda smo se prije četiri godine okrenuli sirovom voću. Nikad se nismo bolje osjećali”, kaže ovaj par za Daily Mail.

Aliju je veganstvo uzrokovalo zatvor, akne, podočnjake, nadutost, dehidraciju i slabost pa je potražio lijek kojim će se riješiti navedenih simptoma. Daniella se ovom životnom stilu okrenula nakon putovanja u Aziju kad se zaljubila u egzotične vrste voća. Patila je od poremećaja prehrane, tjeskobe i probavnih smetnji, a pomak je, kaže, vidjela nakon dva tjedna.

What a journey it’s been, the one I’ve had with my body as well as food, exercise and self acceptance. What started of as a mix of wanting to be healthy, get stronger, more fit and a better horse rider turned into several eating disorders but mostly #anorexia. It was all a mess which did not only tear apart my whole idea of who I was and why I was the way I was, but also forced me to shed a lot of friends, opportunities, my ‘career’ as a horse rider and the view on hospital/medical system and diets. Both good and bad. ?? I learned a lot and forced others to learn too. About mental health, about eating, being healthy and open minded. I remember back in 2014 I would cry for 2 hours eating an apple, being so obsessed about protein and so scared of carbs that I would rather eat a soy burger than grapes or melon. ? The shift from eating disordered to now eating a fruitarian diet came very natural to me and have allowed me to not only heal my mind, body and Spirit, but still kept me slim – only now in a healthy way. No other diet (and believe me, I’ve done a few) have healed me and helped me more than when I started incorporating more and more fruits in my diet, til the point it’s now basically all I eat. It gives me the least anxiety, no bloating, complete satisfaction, mind and thought process properly working, bodily calmness and a deeper connection to my intuition, Mother Nature and Self. ??‍♀️ [continue in comments]

“Uglavnom jedemo sirovom voće, povremeno lisnato zeleno povrće, orašaste plodove ili sjemenke, ali u manjim količinama. Osjećamo se slobodnije umno, tjelesno, emocionalno i duhovno. Vjerojatno zato što smo se riješili smeća i posvetili samo voću i postu”, otkrio je Ali koji se prije bavio bodybuildingom i sedam dana u tjednu jeo meso, mliječne proizvode i jaja.

“Imala sam anoreksiju, prejedala se, pretjerano trenirala i bila anksiozna. Sve se to promijenilo kad sam odlučila okrenuti se voću. Treba prakse da biste se tako hranili u današnjem svijetu”, smatra 22-godišnja Daniella.

From the age of 14-24, I suffered with an obsession to constantly grow muscle, a mental disorder also known as bigorexia. My programming was to eat a high protein diet and constantly follow regimented exercise routines in the gym. I went on and on, day after day, workout after workout, unconsciously stuck in a never ending ego trap. I was never enough. I would spend countless accumulated hours of my time facing the gym floor mirror and weighing my worth by my ‘aesthetics’. Until one day I woke up out of this mass hypnosis brainwashing and programming. I let go. I surrendered. I sought truth in silence. Now I have the ? to consciously uncreate what I unconsciously created (hell ?). It comes at the expense of pain and suffering but it’s going to be worth it as nothing will feel higher than a clean, pure and radiant vessel to enjoy this mystery called life. Par putem društvenih mreža uči ljude ovoj metodi i promovira prednosti takve prehrane koja je zapravo opasna jer tijelu ne osigurava sve potrebne nutrijente. I oni sami priznaju da su često gladni jer se voće sastoji od puno vode.

“Treba pojesti puno banana da biste bili siti”, otkrili su.

Svoj životni stil ne smatraju prolaznim trendom.

“Svi traže dokaze da je to što radimo zdravo, ali mi ih ne trebamo. Možemo se samo nadati da će ljudi iskušati ovu metodu i na svojoj koži se uvjeriti da će se osjećati bolje”, poručili su.
